Choose today!
“I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life…”
Deuteronomy 30:19
As South Africa prepares for the 2026 Local Government Elections, we believe this is a significant time for the Church to unite in prayer for our nation, its leaders and communities.
The prayer guide provides a framework for 21 days of focused prayer, covering seven themes.
Each theme includes prayer focuses for the Church, Government and people of South Africa.
We encourage churches, ministries, prayer networks, families and individuals to use this guide as they seek God together. Adapt the prayer points to your local communities and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you into specific areas of intercession.
Let us in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, make our requests known to God (Phil 4:6) as we stand in the gap for our nation, its people and its leaders, seeking God’s will and purposes for our land.
Let us pray. Let us choose today!
“But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.”
Joshua 24:15
