Healing in Prague

With bombs exploding around them, Olya fled Ukraine with her daughter, uncertain that she would ever see her husband again. After settling in Prague, Czech Republic, they met Debby Nichols and the team at the Prague Hub, a GEM ministry centre offering aid to displaced Ukrainian families.

Olya had responded to an advertisement for ballet lessons for her daughter, Lira. Having survived a life-threatening illness after birth, doctors hardly expected Lira to walk as a child, much less dance.
