- Delegates who only attend the daily programme and who are not staying at the conference hotel.
- Includes conference package (conference, tea and lunch) and dinner.
2. Full package per person sharing
Cost: R6200 (US$ 327)
(Subject to changes in the exchange rate)
- Accommodation for 3 nights sharing. Includes daily breakfast, conference package and dinner.
- Transfers from and to the airport or bus terminal in Cape Town, and the conference hotel on 7 & 10 October, are available on request.
3. Full package for single room
Cost: R9200 (US$ 485)
(Subject to changes in the exchange rate)
- Accommodation for 3 nights in a single room. Includes daily breakfast, conference package and dinner.
- Transfers from and to the airport or bus terminal in Cape Town, and the conference hotel on 7 & 10 October, are available on request.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
General
- All delegates are required to attend the full programme of every day of the conference from 7 – 9 October. Delegates not staying at the conference hotel must ensure their attendance at the conference venue for all sessions.
- Day visitors (everyone not staying at the conference hotel) will be contacted by Melissa from Devon Valley Hotel regarding payment (melissa@devonvalleyhotel.com).
Accommodation
- A special discounted rate of R6200 (US$ 327) per person sharing and R9200 (US$ 485) for a single room (both include the registration fee) for 3 nights (7-9 October) has been negotiated for delegates attending the conference. After registration on the website, you will be contacted by Melissa from Devon Valley Hotel regarding payment (melissa@devonvalleyhotel.com).
- Accommodation includes breakfast, conference package (conference, tea and lunch) and 3 dinners.
- Delegates staying at the conference hotel will check in at the hotel after 14:00 on 7 October and check out before 11:00 on 10 October, thus staying 3 nights (7 – 9 October). Additional nights at the hotel can be booked at normal room rates.
Transport
- Transport can be arranged for delegates who are travelling to Cape Town and staying at the Devon Valley Hotel, and who require transfers from and to the airport (Cape Town International Airport) or the bus terminal in Cape Town (Old Marine Drive) on 7 and 10 October. Transport cost is an additional R500 (US$ 27).
- Delegates who request transport must make travel arrangements (including flights) to arrive at the airport or bus terminal before 12:00 (noon) on 7 October and only depart from the airport or bus terminal after 15:00 on 10 October.
- Delegates who request transport on the registration form will be contacted by Lizette (info@jwipn.com) regarding payment and further arrangements.
