Mobilising, training and equipping Christians for prayer

The Bible exhorts us to pray for all those in authority (1 Timothy 2:1-2). When we pray, God changes hearts. “The King’s heart is in the hand of the Lord; he directs it like a watercourse wherever he pleases.” (Proverbs 21:1).

Proverbs 25:5 also says: “Take away the wicked (advisers) from the presence of the king, and his throne will be established in righteousness.” Pray that God will take away wicked advisers from the rulers in the Arabian Peninsula and that kingdoms may be established in righteousness and truth.

Like all other humans, rulers need emotional and physical healing. They cherish being loved and encouraged. They need guidance and direction, and above all, they need Jesus Christ.

Pray:

  • Pray for the kings and rulers of the Arabian Peninsula.
  • Ask Jesus, by the power of His blood, to forgive their sin and bring them to faith in Him.
  • Pray that they may surrender their hearts and accept Jesus as the absolute King.
