Mobilising, training and equipping Christians for prayer

In Islam, the concept ‘salvation’ means to be allowed to go to heaven. To attain salvation, one must do good deeds, with the hope that your good deeds will cancel out you bad deeds.

Therefore, a Muslim can never be totally sure that he will go to heaven and that Allah will grant them eternal life.

As Christians, we know that Jesus gave his life so that we can have eternal life. We can have full assurance that the price that Jesus paid on the cross was sufficient to redeem us, for God to forgive us our sins, and so that we could be reconciled with him.

1 John 5:13 – I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life.

Pray:

  • Pray that Muslims discover how to attain full assurance of salvation, how to receive forgiveness for all their sins, and how to be reconciled to God.
  • Pray relentlessly for the salvation of Muslims – to meet Jesus, the One that gave his life as ultimate sacrifice so that they can be reconciled to God the Father.
